The Ramada Hotel and Suites Lethbridge is a top performer in the hospitality industry. It occupies the premier location in the city of Lethbridge and offers its guests many exciting and fun features. Webtech worked with the Ramada team to develop an online experience that appealed to both the family and business traveler. The site is engaging, allows for online booking and has all the information needed to plan a visit to Southern Alberta.

The Challenge
The immediate challenge was to develop a site that would appeal to a wide audience. In addition to family and business travelers, the Ramada wanted to include features that would attract the local community, as this was a major source of revenue due to the hotel's recreational attractions.

The Solution
Our research indicated that the needs and goals of both family and business travelers were quite similar. We devised a simple but powerful web strategy that would result in site interaction design that would appeal to the foundation of both groups while still being inclusive of the local community.

The Results
The website is now being very effectively utilized with confidence as a sales and marketing tool. Bookings have been positively impacted and the Ramada has seen a marked increase in large group bookings in particular. The local community is also accessing the site regularly to fulfill its information needs about the hotel's attractions.
