One of the most difficult things for clients is finding a voice that articulates their message, their history
and their mandate. As our creative writer, Kathy finds that voice and uses her skills to tell our clients’
stories in a way that is compelling to end-users. As a key member of our persona-development team,
Kathy also meets with clients, engaging them in conversations that reveal who their end-users really
are, what they are looking for and what will keep them coming back to the web property in a
meaningful way. This persona development is the corner-stone of our design philosophy. Kathy offers
a unique combination of communication and intuitive skills that impact heavily on key elements of our
