Deere Gear launches "John Deere Green" on the global market
Executive Summary
Mckay Bros. is the number one John Deere Dealership in Canada. It is located in the heart of Alberta's cattle and farming industry. In the initial development of the web strategy for the equipment dealership arm of the company, Webtech uncovered a niche market online for John Deere merchandise.
The Challenge
We identified a substantial online demand for John Deere merchandise. However, we were aware that "Deere Gear" would be a late comer to the game. This required an aggressive online marketing strategy that would generate immediate sales through the ecommerce site.
The Solution
In our competition audit we identified several untapped opportunities. By defining the top products through demand analysis and aligning these products with key phrases our team set a goal to gain top rankings across the four major search engines.
The Results
In eight short months, "Deere Gear" became the number one online retailer of John Deere Merchandise. Our online marketing strategy has been a resounding success, driving qualified buyers from around the globe to wear the John Deere green.
